Within the project “Countering Euroscepticism through Cultural Heritage Preservation” participants from NI Institute and Museum Bitola, from 4 to 6 May 2018, attended the international conference which was held at the House of culture in Knjazevac.
Within the framework of the conference, NI Institute and Museum Bitola was presented with two presentations. On the first working day, the director Meri Stojanova presented the Institution, with part of its activities, as well as the possibilities for future cooperation.
On the second working day, followed the presentation by Pargovski Jove and Irena Ruzin about the international project “The Peoples Smart Sculptures – PS2” (and the subproject 4D Virtual urban Art), financed by the Creative Europe program.
The conference aimed to gather and present experiences from 7 countries on the issue of preserving cultural heritage and Euro-skepticism.
This conference gathered over 100 participants from Macedonia, Bulgaria, Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro and Serbia for three days.
The conference organizer was the Knjaževac Border Management Institute in cooperation with the
Municipality of Knjaževac, and with the support of the EU-funded Europe for Citizens (Town Twinning) program.
