Уметнички цртеж „Портрет на Партизан“- современа уметност, автор Тоде ИвановскиPortrait of a partisan: portrayed to the upper chest. There is cap on his head with a star on its front side and a semicircular visor. The hat covers his forehead. He is turned in the right
half-anfas posture, on which the ear is drawn, a little hair, a sideburn, sharp lines on the face, a part of a military coat, with a high-up collar up to the beard. In the back on his right hand, presented in the left part of the painting the upper part of the rifle is drawn. The face is purposefully drawn with sharp lines, which emphasize wrinkles around the lips and protruding of the apple cores. With this, the author wants to show us: courage, determination, strength, longing for freedom, but also exhaustion from long journeys, fighting through the mountains, colds, hunger, wearnes. In spite of all the pain and suffering that are pronounced on the face, the character suggests a great determination and persistence. The drawing is one of the numerous artifacts that this artist left behind, talking about the struggle for freedom, about partisans, the ideal and the faith in the liberation of their homeland during World War II
The drawing is exhibited in the permanent exhibition of the Bitola’s Museum and is important for monitoring the development of culture and creativity in Bitola and affirmation of the institution NI “Institute and Museum” from Bitola.
