Short story (description):

The picture shows an older man – a gentleman.
His hair is white with long backs. Dressed in an elegant 19th-century frock. The high collars on the outside dark from the inside bright high up to the ears.

He is presented up to the upper chest – to shoulder height. He is painted in the spirit of Viennese painting – according to the clothes, the way of styling and the style in which there is realistic painting to the smallest detail especially in all facial features.

Proud, dignified, solemnly conceived.

Alexander Gjakonov is the first modern painter in Macedonia to be educated in Vienna, accepting beauty, elegance and city lifestyle as the main motif in his artistic expression.
